Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 77 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NFE2L2, NEK1, and RFC1. Each is linked with PRM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRM2-to-partner and partner-to-PRM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NFE2L2 grouped by PRM2-low versus PRM2-high in URINARY_TRACT.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
