PRM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,244 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRM2, DEFB123, and MIR525. Each is linked with PRM1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRM1-to-partner and partner-to-PRM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRM1 versus PRM2 in TGCT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.98.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
