PRM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL51P2, FTH1P9, and KIR3DL1. Each is linked with PRM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRM1-to-partner and partner-to-PRM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL51P2 grouped by PRM1-low versus PRM1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
