Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRM1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ T-cells and Macrophages. Each is linked with PRM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRM1-to-partner and partner-to-PRM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8+ T-cells grouped by PRM1-low versus PRM1-high in UCEC.
