PRM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGI1, EMILIN1, and IPPK. Each is linked with PRM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRM1-to-partner and partner-to-PRM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGI1 grouped by PRM1-low versus PRM1-high in LIVER.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
