Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRLR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,837 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRLR-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL11A2P1, GTPBP1, and SLC7A6. Each is linked with PRLR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRLR-to-partner and partner-to-PRLR results are reported.
