Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRLR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRLR-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and PCNA. Each is linked with PRLR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRLR-to-partner and partner-to-PRLR results are reported.
