Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRLR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,029 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRLR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Prolactin signaling pathway, Activation of transmembrane receptor protein tyrosine kinase activity, and Regulation of ferroptosis. Each is linked with PRLR in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRLR-to-partner and partner-to-PRLR results are reported.
