Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRLR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRLR-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRGPRX1, PRAMEF10, and MAGEB5. Each is linked with PRLR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRLR-to-partner and partner-to-PRLR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRGPRX1 grouped by PRLR-low versus PRLR-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRLR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRLR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
