Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRLH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,239 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRLH-associated genes across cancer lineages are TWIST2, CSF2RB, and MYO1G. Each is linked with PRLH in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRLH-to-partner and partner-to-PRLH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRLH versus TWIST2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
