PRL

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 296 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRL-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGSM3, MLC1, and HTATSF1. Each is linked with PRL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRL-to-partner and partner-to-PRL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRL versus SGSM3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
