PRL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRL-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E1, ERK2, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with PRL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRL-to-partner and partner-to-PRL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E1 grouped by PRL-low versus PRL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
