PRL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRL-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAFA1, OR1L1, and OR4D11. Each is linked with PRL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRL-to-partner and partner-to-PRL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAFA1 grouped by PRL-low versus PRL-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
