Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKX protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,521 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRKX-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLEKHG1, PRKX-AS1, and SLA2. Each is linked with PRKX in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKX-to-partner and partner-to-PRKX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKX→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
