PRKRIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKRIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,438 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKRIP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MEPCE, PUS7, and GTF2I. Each is linked with PRKRIP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKRIP1-to-partner and partner-to-PRKRIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKRIP1 versus MEPCE in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKRIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKRIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
