Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKRIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 950 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRKRIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6515, MIR519D, and RNU6-1103P. Each is linked with PRKRIP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKRIP1-to-partner and partner-to-PRKRIP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6515 grouped by PRKRIP1-low versus PRKRIP1-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKRIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKRIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
