Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKRIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKRIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, PRDX1, and VHL. Each is linked with PRKRIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKRIP1-to-partner and partner-to-PRKRIP1 results are reported.
