Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRKRA Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PRKRA data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher PRKRA Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRKRA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THYM, HNSC, and SARC are the cancer types where PRKRA Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
