Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKRA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,113 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTC30A, PJVK, and FSIP2-AS1. Each is linked with PRKRA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKRA-to-partner and partner-to-PRKRA results are reported.
