PRKG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,310 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF367, COX5A, and UQCR10. Each is linked with PRKG2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKG2-to-partner and partner-to-PRKG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF367 grouped by PRKG2-low versus PRKG2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
