Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKG2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRKG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are B-Raf, p62 Lck ligand, and C-Raf. Each is linked with PRKG2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKG2-to-partner and partner-to-PRKG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, B-Raf grouped by PRKG2-low versus PRKG2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
