Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRKG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,902 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRKG2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Tetrahydrobiopterin metabolic process, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with PRKG2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKG2-to-partner and partner-to-PRKG2 results are reported.
