Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRKDC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,287 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKDC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Double-strand break repair via break-induced replication, DNA replication, and DNA-templated DNA replication. Each is linked with PRKDC in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKDC-to-partner and partner-to-PRKDC results are reported.
