PRKDC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRKDC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,804 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKDC-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPM, TTC26, and MTPAP. Each is linked with PRKDC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKDC-to-partner and partner-to-PRKDC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPM grouped by PRKDC-low versus PRKDC-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKDC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKDC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
