PRKD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,305 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH6, ALMS1, and RLF. Each is linked with PRKD3 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKD3-to-partner and partner-to-PRKD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKD3 versus MSH6 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
