PRKD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,475 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are THBS3, OIP5, and SYT7. Each is linked with PRKD3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKD3-to-partner and partner-to-PRKD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, THBS3 grouped by PRKD3-low versus PRKD3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
