PRKD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRKD3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,442 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRPM3, USP19, and CBLB. Each is linked with PRKD3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKD3-to-partner and partner-to-PRKD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRPM3 grouped by PRKD3-low versus PRKD3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
