PRKD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,710 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PNKP, GSTZ1, and XRCC1. Each is linked with PRKD2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKD2-to-partner and partner-to-PRKD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKD2 versus PNKP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
