PRKD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,855 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRBV5-5, OLMALINC, and TRBV12-3. Each is linked with PRKD2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKD2-to-partner and partner-to-PRKD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKD2 versus TRBV5-5 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
