PRKD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,635 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNN3, FERMT2, and PRKD1_S219. Each is linked with PRKD1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKD1-to-partner and partner-to-PRKD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
