PRKD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,084 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSRB3, FKBP7, and TIMP3. Each is linked with PRKD1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKD1-to-partner and partner-to-PRKD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
