PRKCZ

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKCZ RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,159 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKCZ-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRRC47, RCC2, and CDK11B. Each is linked with PRKCZ in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKCZ-to-partner and partner-to-PRKCZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKCZ versus LRRC47 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKCZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKCZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
