PRKCZ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKCZ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,664 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKCZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRMT5, OIP5, and CUL2. Each is linked with PRKCZ in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKCZ-to-partner and partner-to-PRKCZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRMT5 grouped by PRKCZ-low versus PRKCZ-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKCZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKCZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
