The most reproducible PRKCZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are PI3K-p110-a, Cyclin-E1, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with PRKCZ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKCZ-to-partner and partner-to-PRKCZ results are reported.
