The most reproducible PRKCZ-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Glycerolipid biosynthetic process, and Establishment of epithelial cell apical/basal polarity. Each is linked with PRKCZ in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKCZ-to-partner and partner-to-PRKCZ results are reported.
