PRKCSH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKCSH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,560 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKCSH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KRI1, PRPF4B_S294, and MSH2. Each is linked with PRKCSH in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKCSH-to-partner and partner-to-PRKCSH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKCSH versus KRI1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKCSH→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKCSH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
