Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKCSH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,978 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRKCSH-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASPA, SYNE1, and SPOP. Each is linked with PRKCSH in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKCSH-to-partner and partner-to-PRKCSH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKCSH versus ASPA in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKCSH→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKCSH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
