Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRKCSH RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,143 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRKCSH-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Multi-pass transmembrane protein insertion into ER membrane, Regulation of glycolytic process through fructose-6-phosphate, and Negative regulation of glycolytic process through fructose-6-phosphate. Each is linked with PRKCSH in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKCSH-to-partner and partner-to-PRKCSH results are reported.
