PRKCSH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRKCSH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 225 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKCSH-associated genes across cancer lineages are EFCAB9, IQCF5, and MED26. Each is linked with PRKCSH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKCSH-to-partner and partner-to-PRKCSH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EFCAB9 grouped by PRKCSH-low versus PRKCSH-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKCSH→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKCSH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
