Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRKCQ-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PRKCQ-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher PRKCQ-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRKCQ-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and READ show a favorable association.

ACC, UVM, and READ are the cancer types where PRKCQ-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
