Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKCI protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,654 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRKCI-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC19, MRPL3, and MYNN. Each is linked with PRKCI in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKCI-to-partner and partner-to-PRKCI results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKCI versus DNAJC19 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKCI→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKCI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
