PRKCI

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKCI mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,627 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKCI-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf174, NPM1P9, and H2AC14. Each is linked with PRKCI in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKCI-to-partner and partner-to-PRKCI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1orf174 grouped by PRKCI-low versus PRKCI-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKCI→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKCI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
