Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRKCI mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRKCI-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPVF, OCM2, and SEPTIN14. Each is linked with PRKCI in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKCI-to-partner and partner-to-PRKCI results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPVF grouped by PRKCI-low versus PRKCI-high in KIDNEY.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKCI→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKCI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
