Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRKCH Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PRKCH data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher PRKCH Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRKCH expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
DLBC, ESCA, and COAD are the cancer types where PRKCH Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
