Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKCH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,823 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRKCH-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC69, GRAP2, and CSF2RB. Each is linked with PRKCH in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKCH-to-partner and partner-to-PRKCH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKCH versus CCDC69 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKCH→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKCH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
