PRKCH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRKCH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKCH-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF25, MAGEB4, and GFRA4. Each is linked with PRKCH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKCH-to-partner and partner-to-PRKCH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF25 grouped by PRKCH-low versus PRKCH-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKCH→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKCH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
