PRKCD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKCD RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,164 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKCD-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUDT16, MAPKAPK3, and USP4. Each is linked with PRKCD in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKCD-to-partner and partner-to-PRKCD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKCD versus NUDT16 in KICH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKCD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKCD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
