PRKCD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKCD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,985 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKCD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKCD_T507, PRKCD_S645, and CTSS. Each is linked with PRKCD in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKCD-to-partner and partner-to-PRKCD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKCD versus PRKCD_T507 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKCD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKCD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
