PRKCD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKCD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,140 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKCD-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGAX, LYN, and CD6. Each is linked with PRKCD in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKCD-to-partner and partner-to-PRKCD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKCD versus ITGAX in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKCD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKCD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
