PRKCD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKCD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,607 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKCD-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALNT6, RNA5SP147, and LIN7C. Each is linked with PRKCD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKCD-to-partner and partner-to-PRKCD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GALNT6 grouped by PRKCD-low versus PRKCD-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKCD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKCD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
